On a personal note...

Jeff and Shannon are both lifelong Maryland residents. Jeff grew up in Montgomery County, went to Magruder High School, and then went on to graduate from the University of Maryland (both undergrad and grad school). Shannon grew up in Howard County (we won't hold that against her) went to Centennial High, and later graduated from FAU with a degree in Anthropology.

We have been married for 8 years and currently reside in Germantown.
